    Over 30 workshops, panels, discussion circles, and hands-on crafts across three spaces with everything from skill-building and movement to creative and educational sessions.

This is not your usual women’s festival. At Ember Collaborative, we celebrate, empower, and learn from each other.

We champion the full spectrum of womanhood from beatboxing and power tools, to PhDs and pole dancing, yoga and coding. Girls, grandmothers, doctors, artists, BIPOC, queer, activists and crocheters. Everyone has a place.

    • 3 Nights Camping on Dharug country.

    • 50+ fun, educational and empowering workshops, talks and performances.

    • Multiple Interactive Opportunities to strut it out on the catwalk or toast a queen in your life.

    • Access to 4 Unique Spaces Acacia Forum, Mums & Kids Nest & River Stage.

    • River swimming, lush surroundings, clothes swap, blanket bazaar, and more!

    • Glamping or limited rooms are optional add-ons.

  • Ember is a grassroots, women-led, not-for-profit festival, built with hundreds of unpaid hours. Every dollar goes directly into creating a safe, inclusive, and elevated space.

    We’re investing in:

    • Better infrastructure (beautiful structures and all-weather prep)

    • Onsite first aid

    • Diverse, intersectional programming and headliners

    • Fairer pay for artists, crew, and organisers.

    At the same time, costs are rising: venues, insurance, staffing, compliance, and the impact of extreme weather.

    We’ve never had big sponsors or investors. Ember has always kept ticket prices as low as possible for 9 years, running on sweat and sacrifice, but that’s not sustainable.

    We offer:

    • Full & half scholarships

    • Half-price tickets for BIPOC people

    • Discounts for women 50+

    • Reduced kids’ tickets

    • Volunteer exchange & payment plans.

    Around 40% of our tickets are complimentary, compared to 10% at most festivals.

    A little growth could lower ticket prices while keeping Ember intentionally small and intimate. We’ve brought more managers on board to share the load, and we’re committed to creating something sustainable that values everyone’s time and labour.

    Ember remains cheaper than many comparable events with camping included, 50+ workshops, music, cinema, wellness spaces, kids’ programs, and an intentional women+ community.

    We believe deeply in Ember. We’re investing to make it thrive. We’re backing ourselves and we hope you’ll back us too.

    We will not have non-food stalls for 2026, however, you are welcome to purchase a festival pass and set. upa pop-up / blanket stall free of charge.

SCHOLARSHIP TICKETS

We understand that financial barriers should not hinder anyone from experiencing Ember Collaborative. That's why we're excited to offer a limited number of scholarship tickets to deserving individuals who may not otherwise have the means to attend. Scholarship recipients will receive full access to Ember Gathering. BIPOC and women aged 50+ are entitled to reduced price tickets automatically.

    • Must be 18 years of age or older.

    • Must identify as a woman+.

    • Open to individuals from marginalised or disadvantaged groups, including those who experience socio-economic hardships or similar challenges.
